Adventurers - I'm excited about our Canadian Wilderness adventure next July! I’ve booked a nonstop flight from LAX to Calgary, arriving on Thursday, July 10, a day early to experience the Calgary Stampede, Canada's largest rodeo. If you'd like to join me for the Stampede festivities, let me know—it’s a fantastic opportunity to dive into local culture! I’ve pre-booked rooms at the Super 8 by Wyndham near Calgary Airport for the night of July 10. The cost is $70 for a shared double-queen room or $139 for a private king room. Please email me if you'd like a pre-night at the hotel so I can finalize bookings. Our main trip kicks off with a welcome dinner on Friday, July 11, followed by our journey to Waterton Lakes on Saturday. Flight details and additional information can be found in the links provided. Looking forward to an amazing trip! Thx, Chris Smith chris@prideat.com or text 310-854-2556.
My Flights from LAX:
Travelers are responsible for arranging their own transportation. Flights should be booked into Calgary International Airport (YYC), arriving no later than July 11th, as the group will depart on the morning of July 12th. It is recommended to arrive early to explore the city, with the option to come a day or two before or stay an extra day to further enjoy Calgary. Most participants are expected to arrive on Friday, July 11th.
For the return, flights should be scheduled from Calgary no earlier than 3 PM on Saturday, July 19th, to accommodate travel time from Lake Louise.
Flight options will be shared in a future update, and the specific flight details will be provided for reference.
We recommend TravelEx Insurance Services - Click here for a quote. Travel insurance is mandatory, and proof of insurance must be provided to join the group.
